Acceptable use policy

01Goods you may not stock or sell

• codes, keys or accounts that were stolen, bought with stolen payment details or otherwise obtained unlawfully;
• codes you do not have the right to resell;
• counterfeit, invalid, already-used or duplicated codes;
• anything that is illegal to sell where you or your buyers are;
• goods that the sales channels you sell on do not allow.

02Fraud and deception

• chargeback fraud, fake orders or laundering money through the platform;
• misleading listings, including wrong regions, platforms or durations;
• manipulating prices, reviews or ratings, or impersonating another person or business.

03Misusing sales channels

• breaking a sales channel’s terms, policies or API rules through tokensupply;
• connecting channel accounts or using credentials you are not authorised to use;
• trying to get around a channel’s rate limits or controls.

04Misusing tokensupply

• probing, attacking or overloading our systems, or bypassing security or usage limits;
• accessing other accounts or data without permission;
• copying, reverse engineering or scraping the service, except where the law allows;
• uploading malware or other harmful code;
• reselling or sharing access to tokensupply without our written permission.

05Harmful content

Do not use tokensupply to store or send content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or abusive, including in listings and messages.

06What we do about breaches

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may investigate, remove content, pause deliveries, suspend or close accounts, and report the activity to the sales channels, payment providers or authorities involved. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
