# How a key reaches your buyer, on every channel

> What happens between a buyer paying and holding their key, on a marketplace and on your own store, and what you can see at every step.

A buyer pays. Usually within seconds they're holding a working key, and you didn't have to lift a finger. Here's everything that happens in between, and where you can see it.

## Every sale becomes an order

Whichever channel the sale happens on, it arrives in tokensupply as an order, in one list with the orders from every other channel. A key is taken from your inventory and held for it while the order goes through, so the order shows as Reserved.

What happens next depends on where the buyer paid.

## On a marketplace

On G2A, Kinguin, Driffle and G2G, the marketplace looks after its own buyer. It collects the key from tokensupply and hands it over on the buyer's order page there. In tokensupply, the order shows as Delivered, handed to that marketplace.

## On your own store

On Shopify and WooCommerce, tokensupply delivers to the buyer directly. They get an email saying their order is ready, with a button to their delivery page.

On the delivery page, each key stays masked until the buyer reveals it. Revealing is permanent, and it's how you know the key was collected: the order moves from Delivered to Completed.

## Auto deliver, listing by listing

You decide which orders go out on their own. Turn on Auto deliver for a listing, and every sale on it is delivered by itself, day or night. Leave it off, and those orders wait in your list for you to deliver them.

> [!TIP]
> Auto deliver is off until you turn it on. Switch it on for the listings you're happy to run by themselves, and leave it off where you'd rather check each order first.

## When something goes wrong

If a delivery doesn't go through, tokensupply tries again, several times. If an order still can't go out, it's marked Failed and you're emailed, so you can put it right.

If a buyer tells you a key didn't work, replace it from their support ticket. The old key is kept in its history, so you know what happened to it.

## What it costs

Each key delivered costs one credit, on any channel. If you run out of credits, deliveries pause until you add more, so check your balance before a busy weekend.
